It started in the Print Shop.  A welder was tacking a piece of equipment to the deck.  The fire watch was in the wrong compartment below.  The storeroom below containing Supply Department records caught fire.

 

Afterwards, the Print Shop equipment was masked off, so that the compartment could be spray painted.
